Our Story
EZ Wellbeing was founded by Emmet White - a teacher with over 12 years of experience working with young people. Stress, anxiety, and low mood has become more prevalent in modern times resulting in therapies like CBT becoming crucial antidotes. We wanted to develop a simple and universal way to deliver the basics of CBT to a large number of people with the belief that being proactive is better than reactive when it comes to managing your physical and mental wellbeing. This mindfulness colouring book is a tool that combines creativity with evidence-based techniques—something that could support both young people and adults in managing their thoughts and feelings.
